Now They’re Getting There

I recently heard about an iPad case with a keyboard, which I think is an awesome idea.  The first thing I thought when I saw the iPad was, what about a keyboard?  So, when I saw this, I thought, ‘I want one’.  Now, I don’t really want one, because I don’t have an iPad and I’m not likely to get one any time soon.  Also, as far as I know, the iPad still has a general lack of ports, and I’d want ports (at the very least, a USB).  But, they’re getting closer to something I’d like to get.

The Science of Love?

Last night I saw a news story called The Science of Love and, while I’ve heard about the science that it was based on, I don’t completely agree with the title.  I think there are things beyond DNA that are important as well.  And, while can see getting the test if a couple wanted to have children, not all couples want to have children; so, the test probably wouldn’t be as important to those couples.

TimCAD recently linked to this, saying he’d kick anyone he saw wearing it in the space bar.  A part of me wonders if it’s real, even as another part of me says, ‘they stole my idea’, although they really didn’t because my idea would be significantly less noticeable (someone would have to look closely to notice what I envision).  I don’t know if my idea is even feasible yet; incorporating a computer into clothing probably isn’t easy yet.  I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of cloth that can conduct electricity, but I doubt my idea would be doable yet.
