When I heard about the iPad, the first thing I thought about was a MADtv parody that was done awhile ago; so, I think it’s funny that Apple chose that name even though the product is substantially different.

Another suggested video.  This one is a mishmash of two rather different songs.  I’m somewhat surprised at how well they work together; I wouldn’t have expected it.

Why is he climbing a mountain?

TimCAD recently suggested this video.  It features William Shatner; and I find it interesting that he vacillates between “Captain Kirk” and “I”.  I also wish there was more information in the video notes about where the video clips come from.  I gather it’s from an interview; a somewhat old interview, considering Shatner’s age in it.  It seems to me that it was probably sometime in the 70s or 80s, but I can’t tell for certain.

WoW

One of the comics that I’ve been catching up on suggested this video.  Now, I haven’t played WoW, and it’s not likely I will any time soon, but it’s a great video.  I like how the music complements the visuals; it’s fast beat adds to the intensity of the fight.  I looked up the lyrics and found out why I couldn’t always understand the words; a lot of them aren’t in English.
